Our Leadership team
The Leadership team at Highdown Church Worthing is made up of our two ministers who along with Our Worship team look after our Sunday Worship.
They are ably supported day to day by a board of trustees and our church administrator.
Andrew joined Highdown Church in 1992 shortly after moving to Worthing to take up a job in computer simulation modelling. As well as being a leader of the church, he is currently teaching in a West Sussex Secondary School. He married his wife Beverley in 2001 and they have a teenage daughter (Sophie).
Dan is West Sussex born and bred. He has studied at Moorlands Bible College and has been involved in local churches in Worthing and beyond for many years including working with the Youth Group at New Life Church in Durrington. He joined Highdown in 2007 when he married his wife Lisa. They have 2 children (Lydia who is 4 and Josh who is 3). As well as being a church leader, Dan works for a leading provider of global clinical supply chain management services..
And Church Trustees / Administrator
Denham has been an active member of Highdown church for over 10 years.
As well as being a Trustee, he also head up the youth team and one of our Network groups.
He says “Joining Highdown church has been one of the most rewarding and life changing decision I have made”.
Dave has been an active member of Highdown church for many years despite time away for University in Southampton. Dave joined the leadership team earlier this year as a Trustee as well as heading up one of our midweek Networks.
Sue moved to Worthing 27 yr’s ago with her family made up of Husband and three children but has recently retired from a career in the NHS serving at both Worthing and Chichester’s Hospitals.
